Meghna Arikara is a sculpture and installation artist from Bangalore, India based in Chicago. Primarily working with wood and mold making, she explores the dynamics of family structure as well as the ever evolving nature of tradition. Her work has been shown at Kriti Gallery, the South Asia Institute and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has also been awarded scholarships such as the SAIC Recognition Merit Scholarship and the Kikeri-Sinha Travel Fellowship.
